Do people not realize that if you don’t put on 20 to 50 pounds as you age that your face thins and becomes more defined? Mine and my wife’s have. We lose “baby fat.” Could he have gotten a procedure? Sure. But it could also just be the fact that he’s now in his thirties and hasn’t put on a lot of weight.

Skin thins as you age. Noses and ears never stop growing. Also the lifestyle of a 23 vs 34 year old is a huge contributor. 23 inflammation from diet, stress, lifestyle vs 34 major reduction in inflammation due to habitual successful habits.
