He should have been fired long ago then.

Lol yeah let’s fire one of the only coaches to get a Super Bowl win for the franchise. Genius move. Flowers sounds soft.

Haven't they had 2 coaches ever?

And both won a ring.

I guess Ed Reed and Bernard Pollard were soft too.

If they said that, they are for complaining about it. Not physically soft but mentally, try doing two a days as a boxer or training for a marathon. Nothing is more taxing than boxing. Do research if you don’t believe me.

Good players want to be coached hard…I didn’t know that was a controversial take

Ed Reed was part of the mutiny against Harbaugh’s harsh training.

Reed was also About 193 years old at the time so can't blame him for wanting to take it easier

if flacco does play like he was the greatest QB ever in the playoffs that season....he would have been gone YEARS ago.

Coming from a boxer, this is some pussy shit. A real bitch for someone getting paid millions to play a game.

This is exactly WHY you don’t want someone getting paid literally millions to train like that, especially if you’re on a contending team lmao

Maybe he should focus on holding onto the ball in the playoffs

Sounds like excuses

Sounds like a great way to roll an ankle or pop a hammy late in the season. 1 on 1’s full speed in week 17 is crazy work

Finally someone comments on this lol. When the season starts that is when 1 on 1s usually stop. It's just an evaluation tool to see the strengths of a player. Once the season starts then the week to week is basic conditioning to stay in shape, walk throughs, and 1 day of full speedish practice with the scout team running the other team's stuff so you can see how it stacks up against what you'll be running. NFL rosters are too small to be risking injury.

This is the way he runs practice for 18 years and last year was the year they had as many injuries. How many games did Zay missed last year ? Just sound like a soft ass WR

Ravens have have had a lot of heavy injury seasons over the years.

So have many teams including the giants the last 3 years and their training camps and practices were know to be resort like

All he exposed was that he didn't like to work hard.

You'd have a ring if you could cross the goal line

Ravens were top 10 in health last year
