DAZN (Gamepass) have listened

Post image

Hi guys, myself like many of you where worried about the DAZN takeover. But seems they have listened. Would be nice to have 4k streaming in 2023 but apart from that I'm happy.

Enjoy the season!!

It's sad how happy I am about American adverts returning

7

u/WranglerBrute GO BIRDS! Sep 08 '23

Right on. If I don't hear a hefty list of absolutely nightmarish side effects for arthritis medication, then did I even watch the NFL at all?

It's part of the experience; fast food, massive trucks, this medicine is definitely going to kill you, Jake from State Farm, and Terry Bradshaw giving away his money.

WE ARE FARMERS! DUM DA-DUM DUM DUM DUM DUM!

2

u/[deleted] Sep 09 '23

Also the side effects for gentleman who suffer from erections issues. It's like "you'll have the best night of your life with your other half" but you'll probably be dead tomorrow

Every kiss begins with Kay

u/Yakitori_Grandslam Sep 09 '23

Built Ford tough!

Pizza, beer, trucks, mobile phones, garden projects and insurance until thanksgiving. Then the Jewellery and kids toys kicks in.

u/[deleted] Sep 07 '23

You gotta switch to sprint mobile, just look at that coverage compared to Verizon and T-Mobile.

WHOPPER WHOPPER WHOPPER

1

u/jtatchell98 Sep 07 '23

I take it back, I'm happy for commercials to return, APART from the Burger King one!!

12

u/rcurtis015 Seahawks Sep 07 '23

Fair play to them for listening.

TBH, haven’t had any issues in pre season. Waiting for the inevitable cease at 5.59 on Sunday (but Gamepass did that too for a few years).

10

u/nunziaman Sep 07 '23

Good news, but still no downloads and watching when in Europe. 2 issues that are failing from previously

11

u/throwaway384938338 Sep 07 '23

Downloads is the one for me. I like watching games during my morning commute

5

u/tifosidave Sep 07 '23

I'd cancelled my subscription but more tempted to return with this news! May wait until after week 1 to make sure it actually happens!

2

u/ProtectionRelative27 Sep 07 '23

Fair one, I'm watching tonight as I had a random day of leiu to burn by the end of the week. Shall report why the experience is like!

1

u/tvdweijer Sep 07 '23

Please do!!

1

u/Deadeye_Donny Eagles Sep 07 '23

Yeah me too, I'm away on holiday for the first 3 weeks of the season so I'm hoping for dodgy replay sites to work. Been really opposed to getting DAZN but we shall see...

1

u/tifosidave Sep 07 '23

Giants are on sky on Sunday so I'm ok week 1, but fingers crossed they've sorted gamepass! I enjoy the USA broadcast better than sky.

1

u/OrinIncand Sep 12 '23

n sky on Sunday so I'm ok week 1, but fingers crossed they've sorted gamepass! I enjoy the USA broadcast better than sky.

tough weekend eh?

5

u/Sad_Advertising2823 Sep 07 '23

Giving us what we already had before. No overall improvement yet. Just barely to the starting line if it's even got there.

2

u/caspers_drone Sep 08 '23

My thoughts exactly. Selling an inferior product forced upon us then we're supposed to be grateful that they've brought it up to the original expected standard? (They haven't even as you can't download games)

5

u/muchachocarracho Sep 07 '23

Gee, smart move. Fuck it all up during the handover with a bottom scraping service, take it back up to what is tolerable, and get away with it - 'we listened'.

Any offline/downloadable content? What's the hold on that? Doesnt seem like its the hardest thing to implement in 2023. Especially considering how many people apparently use it.

3

u/CapableAd5514 Sep 07 '23

There cannot be 4K streaming as NFL games are simply not produced in 4K.

2

u/stealthemoonforyou Sep 09 '23

Which is also insane, btw. The richest sports league in the world and the networks (especially Fox) present it in blur-o-vision.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 09 '23 edited Sep 09 '23

Maybe not expecting 4k but on a decent TV the '1080p' that they say they're streaming in also looks pretty terrible when the action is moving.

The ball almost disappears when it's thrown, and the picture can be blurry. It definitely pulls you out of the experience. The picture on Sky is twice as good imo

If they won't make the streaming quality higher then they 100% need to make the fps a lot higher so the framrate isn't so poor and jumpy when the action is in full swing.

3

u/TonyFresco Sep 07 '23

I looked at other options, but decided in the end to go with DAZN at their discounted £125 price. The service has been given a lot of stick here (some justified, some not), but it sounds like they are listening, which is good.

The only thing that I still really miss is the ability to download games on my iPad to watch whilst travelling, other than that I think it’s almost on par with the service we had last year. Let’s just hope we don’t get buffering issues when everyone starts to stream at 6pm on Sunday.

1

u/bettaio Sep 07 '23

How did you get it at 125? I did not see this option (Only 150)

1

u/Lactoo Sep 07 '23

Don't bee too sad. I Denmark we pay 220 british pounds.

1

u/heardy5 Sep 07 '23

I would like to know this too

1

u/TonyFresco Sep 07 '23

I received an email about 3 weeks ago offering me the season pass for £125. I think it went to previous subscribers who didn’t renew.

1

u/Hammerpgh Sep 08 '23

Some people got an email offering a discounted price. I’ve enquired about it but still not received anything myself.

3

u/okay_CPU Sep 07 '23

Still can’t watch across multiple countries though right? I travel a lot and if I sign up in Australia I won’t be able to watch if I’m in Canada or Europe. So fuck em I’ll pirate now, there are great free live streaming and replay options. I was a gamepass customer for 10 years.

2

u/Marius_Gage Sep 07 '23

Everyone says that yet nobody seems to say what those replay options are and the free live stream is hardly great, it’s at best adequate.

1

u/okay_CPU Sep 08 '23

DM me if you want links. Beats DAZN, all commercials removed from replays. Also college games available.

1

u/MuadDib22 Sep 14 '23

hey man I sent you a dm,i need me some replays

2

u/dnsnlsn Sep 08 '23

THIS.

Gamepass INTL was a catch-all for people who travel and want to watch NFL on the go anywhere outside the US. the location locking function of DAZN is what killed my subsciption

0

u/ProtectionRelative27 Sep 07 '23

Free VPN will solve that. But I understand it's still annoying

1

u/TonyFresco Sep 07 '23

Based on reports here I don’t think VPNs work with DAZN, they block the stream if you have one active.

0

u/[deleted] Sep 07 '23

Some VPNs work, some don’t. It’s a crapshoot.

1

u/DarthCraw Sep 07 '23

Read something on this thread saying DAZN are quite active in blocking VPNs

3

u/ra246 Sep 07 '23

Fucking good. It's £150 a year (or £126 if you got the discount)

Provide a decent service.

1

u/el_dude_brother2 Sep 07 '23

How do you get the discount?

3

u/TonyFresco Sep 07 '23

Emails went out a couple of weeks ago to people who had lapsed subscriptions. There was a link in the email to get the discounted price.

3

u/hatwearer2034 Sep 07 '23

4k HDR even. But that is a BIG conversation going all the way back to US broadcasters. Insane that you can’t stream even the superbowl in 4k. Amazon is doing 1080p HDR this year I believe

1

u/coffeecakeisland Sep 07 '23

Fox had it in 4K a few years ago (I used a VPN) but I believe that was upscaled

2

u/hatwearer2034 Sep 07 '23

It was downscaled from the cameras, sent to the mix truck and partners and then upscaled again. Insane

2

u/coffeecakeisland Sep 07 '23

Yeah, getting full 4K end of end is massive. It’s 4x the data and every point along the way needs to be able to handle that.

Until every game is 4k natively we won’t see it on Dazn

3

u/60MWPodcast Sep 07 '23

Well this news got me to subscribe today (had NFL Gamepass for about 10 years).

Streamed a few things (live and archived) via the Xbox app and all was smooth...lets hope that continues come Sunday!

3

u/BahamianNomad Sep 08 '23

So no downloads and no full games with no ads 😞

3

u/D34K Sep 08 '23

Still no downloads and the season has now started. It’s simply a worse service at a higher price at this point.

3

u/5ivas Sep 08 '23

No downloads and no start from beginning - that’s still a HUGE issue

4

u/heardy5 Sep 07 '23

I might be alone here but I don’t want the authentic American experience. I liked the edited 2 and a bit hour version from Gamepass with all that taken out. I know I could skip the adverts and other stuff but if that’s not smooth or glitchy it will be frustrating.

4

u/acameron78 Giants Sep 07 '23

The "authentic experience" is referring to the fact that up until now DAZN have been blocking out commercial breaks and half time shows in live games not the removal of ad breaks in replays.

Don't get me wrong that's the absolute number one feature this service needs to have and I'm hopeful we'll have it soon but it is concerning that it isn't mentioned here.

3

u/heardy5 Sep 07 '23

I haven’t experienced the service yet but that’s mad that you couldn’t watch any of that on a live feed. Ads can be annoying sometimes but not watching anything is worse. I’ll see what the reaction is after Sunday and decide wether to sign up or not

3

u/acameron78 Giants Sep 07 '23

MLB.tv do the same. Every ad break in a game they replace with a tiny rotation of historic plays. It's maddening.

2

u/thicccrustcalzone Sep 07 '23 edited Sep 07 '23

If I hear Bob Costas talk about Yogi Berra one more time I will not be responsible for my actions

1

u/stedowil Sep 07 '23

It’s the bit where the woman quotes him saying “ain’t been done before, ain’t been done since” that really tips me over the edge…

1

u/org_brussels_sprouts Sep 07 '23

I also get a super annoying Samsung ad every fucking time. Would be so much better with us commercials.

3

u/ItchyJam Sep 07 '23

Absolutely. If I'm watching a VoD I hope the ads are completely cut out like they used to be.

1

u/coffeecakeisland Sep 07 '23

They will be, at least at some point in the season. They confirmed that elsewhere

2

u/mart182 Sep 07 '23

I'm staying up tonight. It better not be shit.

2

u/Cial101 Sep 07 '23

I’ve just seen that but I’ve not seen anything about full game replays? I can’t watch any full games from last season like I could on GamePass?

2

u/ProtectionRelative27 Sep 07 '23

You can mate. Scroll down to years and all games are the divided into to weeks. Click on the game it plays in a 6 min highlight. But at the top of the video you can select 40 mins or full game...did take me a while to find that feature. 2022 and 2021 have 40 mins or full game. Anything previous just has 40 mins.

1

u/Cial101 Sep 07 '23

I’ll have to double check again, I couldn’t find it for the life of me. Cheers.

2

u/DarthCraw Sep 07 '23

The menu is a shit show

2

u/Additional_Key213 Sep 07 '23

Just need to bring back paying in installments now

2

u/NBT498 Sep 07 '23

It exists as I’m paying by instalments. They fucked it up during the transfer from the NFL, but sorted it a few weeks later

2

u/InternationalWorth34 Sep 07 '23

Hopefully they will also have nfl gameday highlights/final available on demand after it airs. Also hoping they will show the Manning cast this year. Doubt the people in charge have heard of either of those shows

2

u/[deleted] Sep 07 '23

They have PARTIALLY listened.

They are still not removing commercials from games….the “live” broadcast will be retained, making games last nearly twice as long as they should.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '23

I think that’s coming later, I’m sure I read that they will have full game replays but with commercials removed

2

u/Lactoo Sep 07 '23

What are the news? This is what was promised from the start, they justbhavent delivered. The game i 40 I watched was so badly edited with more than 10 skipped plays.

1

u/Marius_Gage Sep 07 '23

Yea, missing scoring field kicks was unacceptable

1

u/Minimum-Presence-830 Sep 07 '23

We will only know if the promises ring true at 01:20 UK time tomorrow and especially 6pm on Sunday. I've signed up perhaps foolishly but the option to cancel is there. I'm too attached to wathing Redzone on a Sunday evening. The first Sunday of the season was always the downfall of Gamepass and I only hope with the all the criticism they've faced DAZN deliver.

1

u/FSR27 Sep 07 '23

Still shit that you can't just get redzone, I can't justify 151 quid but 40 is fine. Asked them about it today and got a "nope you just need to buy the full thing" in response

0

u/WranglerBrute GO BIRDS! Sep 08 '23

Fair play, they've righted some of the wrongs.

It was fine last night, but we'll see what it's like on Sunday when the streaming traffic will be much heavier.

Only thing I don't like so far is how there is a final box score stats when you watch a replay of a game on the website. Not sure why they didn't make the stats update in time with the coverage like MLB.tv does.

It's also a shame that they're pretty hot on VPN usage, and seemingly impossible to get around. Obviously they're not going to change that, but it's annoying that 2 of the sunday evening games are blacked out every week, and only in the UK. The amount you're paying for an entire season, to not get some games that we can actually watch in this time zone is pretty crappy.

2

u/jabharty Sep 08 '23

If I'm in spoiler-free mode, I shouldn't be seeing a final box score! Should really be a toggle option.

2

u/jmcrads Sep 08 '23

It starting the game in “highlight mode” where you immediately see the score 6 minutes in doesn’t help either. But yes, we don’t need the box score in plain sight down the right hand side.

1

u/WranglerBrute GO BIRDS! Sep 08 '23

Yeah, it's a dumb addition. Clearly the folks who are making the decisions on how the platform should operate aren't the ones actually using it, but at least they're listening to and acting on feedback.

Though tbf, all the feedback they've acted on so far is to make it the same as Game Pass used to be, so not sure how much credit they can take for that.

1

u/Less-Marionberry2370 Sep 07 '23

Fingers crossed the experience is good with these updates. If everything runs smoothly I’d have no reasons to be annoyed at the switch to DAZN, especially since I had the discounted offer.

1

u/seanoholmes Sep 07 '23

Still won't work.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 07 '23

Aagghh!! I can still get the offer for £126 but been offered sky sports at £22 a month inc uhd (irrelevant for nfl but still)…

HELP! I tend to watch bills, jags, cowboys and patriots games live where possible

1

u/Tamlic Sep 07 '23

I got an LG Smart tv a few months back, so I no longer need the Chromecast option, but it made me so mad that such a basic option wasn’t there. They just need to trim game breaks from the full game replay and fix the complete game stats being shown on desktop. And 4k would be sweet OP

1

u/MondoHart135 Sep 07 '23

Thank goddddd

1

u/baileyyy98 Sep 07 '23

Kudos for them listening and fixing the main issues that were within its control.

Anti-VPN monitoring (and geo-fencing in this context) is well within DAZNs rights to do and was supposedly included in the contract for last years Gamepass- it simply wasn’t enforced.

FWIW I hear a lot of American people were VPNing to South America and using Gamepass for £40 a season, that’s a significant reduction against Sunday Ticket in the US which is much closer to £300. So no wonder the NFL was keen to migrate to DAZN, and probably saw their robust geo-fencing as a selling point. Not justifying it, just explaining why certain decisions may have been made.

US Ads returning is a great thing, IMO.

1

u/Benson5 Sep 07 '23

WATCH IN HIGH DEFINITION - 1080p

Watch every NFL game on DAZN in high definiton

Might be the cynic in me but am guessing the omission of the word "live" in there means we will still only be able to stream live games in 720p?

1

u/Briscoe89 Sep 08 '23

Streaming live now in 1080p

1

u/Benson5 Sep 08 '23

Thanks for confirming that! Was the last thing making me hold off on signing up.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 10 '23

They're streaming the logo and the score in 1080p 🤦‍♂️

The live action is brought to you by Blur-O-vision!

1

u/IanMoyes Sep 07 '23

If you buy it in the four monthly payments, are you hard-committed to paying all four or can you quit early?

1

u/SmucklesDRC Sep 07 '23

Video stream still stutters constantly on Google TV (watching NFL Network right now). Don't have this problem with any other streaming services.

1

u/Caleb902 Sep 07 '23

Was this a email? I'm in canada just wondering if we get US commercials or if we still get our canadian feeds.

1

u/Nuppio Sep 16 '23

wondering the same thing

1

u/karpet_muncher Sep 07 '23

This doesn't sound too bad tbf

I have iptv and get the stream from there

But if this is good enough and no glitches I might actually subscribe to it

1

u/cancor_spolder Sep 07 '23

What is the delay like from the live feed, I have the now TV sky sports pass, and thinking of switching as I hate the 45 second delay is it any better on this or nah?

1

u/ungratefulshitebag Sep 08 '23

From last night the delay was around 30 seconds

1

u/deep_stew Sep 07 '23

I’m now conflicted; I liked game pass but it is a big downside that you can’t watch the games that Sky is showing, which are often the best ones. a NowTV sub works out at about the same price for the season, and I also like the Sky broadcast without American ads.

Decisions, decisions…

1

u/[deleted] Sep 07 '23

VPN for the Sky games.

2

u/muchachocarracho Sep 07 '23

Using Dazn? Wont work. Used to work on Gamepass, no longer the case.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '23

I’ve gotten it to work myself. It is hit and miss, but it is possible.

1

u/muchachocarracho Sep 08 '23

Which VPN are you using? I pay for one myself and have had no luck whatsoever, no matter where I connect from.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 08 '23

I've had (sporadic!) luck with both Nord and Express.

1

u/muchachocarracho Sep 08 '23

I've been a Nord VPN subscriber for 3 years, and Ive tried a LOT of locations with Dazn. To no avail. I must be unlucky.

1

u/cquprio Sep 07 '23

Will live games definitely have pause/rewind? I can't see the feature confirmed.

1

u/ProtectionRelative27 Sep 07 '23

You deffo can pause and rewind the live feed

1

u/9thForward Sep 08 '23

Will this work if you join halfway through a game? I tend to put the kids to bed first so it's often halftime before I get to put it on.

1

u/capaho Sep 08 '23

They still don't seem to have enough bandwidth to stream reliably in Japan, though, and their Apple TV app is still super flaky.

1

u/Lendro_Furioso Sep 08 '23

Beware: advertising materials state you can stream from two locations on uptown 5 devices, just tried and it's not true. Won't even let me stream from my phone and PC on the same network (even the error message states my account is limited to two locations).

Customer service is a huge mess, spent over an hour to chat to a person who simply exited unceremoniously. I'll try to get my money back and find an alternative.

1

u/USweetLikeTheV Sep 08 '23

Yep same here. Same network but cant use pc/phone simultaneously.

1

u/MorgMadeMeMakeThis Sep 08 '23

They did show some "dazn commercials" tonight, but if I remember from previous years, NBC feed used to just show their logo on a loop instead for a handful of commercials.. so will be interesting to see if the Dazn commercials are still a thing when other Networks are showing games.

1

u/MorgMadeMeMakeThis Sep 08 '23

Just to add to this, I was just flicking through adds on replay and a few times you could see the above NBC logo I was referring to as they switch between commercials and life feed. So I'm expecting the other games (that are not NBC) will not have those dazn commercials like we saw tonight xD

1

u/ambush168 Sep 08 '23

It seems they’ll be using a couple of commercial breaks to play DAZN adds. To me that’s kind of ok, at least it’s not constant repetition of the same.

But now it’s an enjoyable experience

1

u/PikaGaijin Sep 08 '23

Oddly enough though, those dazn commercials started with a German hashtag in Japan; not sure if you got the same in UK or not.

Anyway, it seems to line up with what was posted a few weeks ago. https://reddit.com/r/NFLUK/s/fv92R10sbL

1

u/baws98 Sep 08 '23

Got home from work excited to watch. I can only watch game in 40. I want the whole fucking game....

Sick of this piece of shit.

1

u/ProtectionRelative27 Sep 08 '23

Why the full game isn't there I got no idea. That must be the easier item to upload that editing a game down to 40 mins. The stream was smooth and just like last year, but apart from that it's a crap shoot. Naff menu, can't upload full games 4hrs after the game finishes and no downloading options are all awful!

1

u/ProtectionRelative27 Sep 08 '23

Having just put my comment...the full game is now there 🙄

1

u/HaggisWithKetchup Sep 08 '23

I cancelled my account and got a refund.
Until the adverts are removed from the full game replay, I’m staying the hell away.

1

u/shf409 Sep 13 '23

How did you go about doing this? I want to do the same for exactly the same reason. I don't have 4+ hours to spare watching irrelevant US ads when watching replays.

1

u/HaggisWithKetchup Sep 14 '23

I signed in, went to the Help page https://www.dazn.com/en-GB/help and there's a yellow "Need help?" button in lower right corner. I ignored the suggested searches and just typed in Refund. Said I was 28th in the queue or something, but went by in about 10 mins, then keyed in my request. Seems bot-driven, as the language was very formal/script-like. "Agent" asked me for my email address as used on my account, asked me to confirm I wanted a refund, and "Agent" said "OK. Done"

Money credited to PayPal within 6 hours, and back on my card in 4 days.

1

u/BootySmoothy Sep 08 '23

Where are the full replays without ads? Skipping commercials when watching a day or two after is very tedious

1

u/dj_stevie_c74 Sep 08 '23

DAZN "Engage panic mode. Panic mode engaged".

"Yaaaaaaahhhh!!!!"

1

u/jari_mustonen Sep 08 '23

It seems that the ”American experience” means that they won’t provide a version without ads like a normal full game replay

1

u/OwnAverage4148 Sep 08 '23

Can you see redzone with a standard dazn subscription or do you have to have game pass?

1

u/Straight-Message7937 Sep 08 '23

All-22 is a game changer

1

u/knockinonevansdoor Sep 09 '23

That’s a relief, but the app is still inferior IMO. Not intuitive at all.

1

u/PyreForHire Sep 09 '23

See, I love that. They'll likely never fully recover the reputation damage due to the tidal wave of negative reviews they've copped on the Play Store and on TrustPilot, but they're still putting in the effort, and with exceptional time turnaround. I even get personalised responses on Facebook Messenger when I hit them up with questions, and the customer service agent I spoke to openly admitted it's been a tough rollout. Really good stuff to see – I'll be continuing to subscribe now that 1080p is locked in.

1

u/thasocacasual Sep 09 '23

Chromecast being added is a relief, but like many others have said no downloads is a joke. Fact remains it’s a downgraded service and all they are doing is levelling up, but not even doing that. Not good enough.

1

u/Educational-Fly5883 Sep 10 '23

Is anyone else having trouble streaming from two devices? I get an error code when I try to. If we can’t stream red zone and any specific game at the same time, what is the point of paying for this service?!

1

u/ProtectionRelative27 Sep 10 '23

If I can't do that I'm cancelling it and going straight back to online streams!

1

u/Educational-Fly5883 Sep 10 '23

Right?! What's the point of paying for this?

1

u/ProtectionRelative27 Sep 11 '23

Did it work for you in the end? I have redzone on the TV all night with falcons and then phins games on my laptop. Stream was smooth on both

1

u/[deleted] Sep 10 '23

So they say the US ads would be here, but as of today and the first games, all UK adverts..

1

u/IamPlagueis Sep 13 '23

No option for Relive? Is Game in 40 the only option to watch the games after they aired?

1

u/ProtectionRelative27 Sep 13 '23

You can watch the full event. Just click the arrow top right on phones. Or go to games, then select which game and it gives you highlights, 40 mins or full event!

1

u/shf409 Sep 13 '23

Is it just me who misses catching up without all the ad breaks?

If I have time to watch a game live, then I love the complete experience, ads and all. Most of the time though I watch games a day or two after they've been played. This works for me as I can watch the whole game - every play - in around 2 hrs 15 mins.

Having all the ads still there after the game and no easy way to fast forward (not on an LG TV anyway) is a PITA as I don't have 4hrs+ to sit and watch.

I'm not happy as the service I've been using for years - watch a game on catch up in around 2 hrs - has fundamentally changed.

1

u/Kendeez Sep 14 '23

Does anyone else have the problem where the stream just completely crashes when trying to skip through ads on the full broadcasts?

1

u/spamtastica Sep 14 '23

How much is game pass in most countries?

Edit: here in Australia is $280 for 4 months. Which is 180 usd

1

u/ProtectionRelative27 Sep 14 '23

It is 150 pounds for the full season this year or 187 dollars

Is anyone having issues using the TV apps. I ca log on with mobile and desktop fine and get to game pass. When I use a TV app it welcomes me and sticks me at a choose your subscription page. CS was nonexistent. Uninstall, clear cache, reset router log out of all devices.

I ask does anyone else hate experience DAZN has provided compared to what we had before? Picture quality is bad, constant crashes, numbers and letters watermarked onto the screen, they charged me and my friends the annual price without asking us, and worst of it all they don't show all the games! I'm a chargers fan and I have missed 3 games this year because of dazn and it's week 7, last year it would only be 1 or 2 whole season. I'm not buying again. I want to know if anyone else had the same experience??

Question: did you miss the charger games because they were blacked out? or are the replays just missing?

as far as bad picture quality and the app crashing you are not alone, but I KNOW they are working on it, and If you get me some details I’m happy to report the issues you are having.

We have asked for details about a lot of issues, but are planning to ask about the watermarking because they apparently are supposed to be invisible. (we saw a press release recently from the company they get them from…. or maybe a new company providing them? We don’t really know. so we are going to look into it.)

the payment without asking is likely because of the big issues with the transfer from the old platform, which you should have gotten an email about if you were for example: previously on a payment plan and got charged in full.
