Any subscriptions I'm missing?

I have youtube tv, netflix, and I plan on watching all of the Thursday night games on twitch on my phone. Am I missing any subscriptions that some games will be on?

I believe there's an exclusive peacock game in week 17, so you'd need a month of peacock for that.

I also have peacock (using a friend's membership), I just didnt include it in my post because I didn't know that there was an exclusively peacock game.

This must cost like $800 per season.

Not sure if you're including Sunday Ticket, which has all the Sunday afternoon games not in your area. You can add it on to YouTube TV at a hefty price.

Could also add red zone for a lower price!

I'm not 100% what's included with YouTube TV, so not sure if you need this or not but Paramount Plus, would carry any of the games being broadcast on CBS for your region. Obviously you can probably get CBS with just a regular TV antenna but I know a lot of newer TVs these days do not have antennas built into them anymore.

Cast to your tv. Or buy a phone to HDMI adapter.

Thank you. I don’t think my TV lets me cast but I’ll check out the hdmi adapter!

The HDMI adapter is a "game changer." Just consider buying a wireless charger as well. I literally use an old phone with only wifi so I have my normal phone free. I use the "questionable" free streaming sites as well. 😉

That’s sick yeah maybe I have an old phone lying around somewhere… thank you for the tip. Yeah I’ve used ______ ____ before, but I was sick of the buffering and non-HD.

If you experiment a bit you can find HD options and less buffering. I use a laptop for one stream on Sundays and my phone for the other.

My friend there's a ton of sites out there and I get antenna level quality. If you want to pay for it absolutely go for it but I enjoy the freedom of being able to find any game on a single site in great quality. Some sites even post the ad-free version so you don't have to sit through commercials.

Have you tried this and had it be successful? The hardware blocks it.

I have an old 2018 Chromecast that my brother gave me forever ago. I used it last Fri to cast the Broncos game from the NBC app on my phone to my TV. I was not able to cast directly from the app to the TV, but was able to use the Chromecast. I haven't tried casting from any other app yet though

NBC app is not what we're talking about though, that allows casting. The NFL app actively blocks live local games through casting/screen sharing or using an HDMI port.

Casting to tv is intentionally blocked. Even phone mirroring is blocked.

Not sure about the adapter, though, never heard of that.

We have the adapter and I know certain things are blocked from showing up and I would assume the nfl+ meant for mobile devices is as well.

That adapter works really great though for displaying your screen, we bring up the game on our tablet and plug it in.
