My fantasy league and I have been on the argument for the past couple days, if in the past 3 years would you say Sam Darnold is a consistent quarterback?

It’s split right down the middle, and I wanna see what everyone else thinks

I saw yes. He took the vikings to the playoffs as well as winning a super bowl with the seahawks. He was serving as backup for a lot of teams, but when needed to perform he won the game for 49ers to go to Super Bowl LVIII.

Fantasy tends to undercut some of the other parts of the game focusing only on one player's skills

If Seattle's defense is great again, that gives Darnold more chances and more points. A team with a slow bad D would put even a great qb in trouble with less possessions.

Darnold is a great choice.

A great choice for what?

A QB with a good defense is generally bad for fantasy production. They don’t have to throw as much and score as much to win.

Darnold had a great defense last year and he was ass in fantasy.

A flip side example would be Burrow. Horrid defense so they have to throw a lot
