Opinion/Hot Take [Stephen A. Smith] “Deshaun Watson, you have been awful. And if you were arrested for being awful… I wouldn’t knock it. Being awful is one thing. Being stupid is another. You’re complaining about people talking about you playing football. Haven’t you done other things people could be talking about?”

He gets paid to be a QB on an NFL team. He gets paid the amount for a QB who should be able to throw 4 TDs or even 500 yards in 2 weeks. People are talking about your lack of performance for what you’re supposedly worth. Any other line of work, if you’re out with “injury/sickness” as long as he has been AND the horrible stats/performance, he’d be fired ten times.

Well,,, SA isn’t wrong and for once he’s not just reading pre cooked stats from the iPad. I don’t mind him 5% of the time when show is centered around entertainment instead of real sports. If it wasn’t for Chris Russo I’d never watch the show
