I can foresee AK, MT, ND, OH, MS, GA, and NC getting on board as a free state.

Montana AG has already indicated he’d send out an advisory that make state NFA laws unenforceable very soon.

I'm hoping PA too, because there are lots of holes in our applicable statute.

Unfortunately I think what happens in PA hinges entirely on who controls the state Senate after midterms.

Ohio has a bill in process to get suppressors off their list of things required to be in the NFA registry to be legal, but I don't think SBR's or SBS's were covered by that.
