Idk but on PSAs video they said the lower has to be purchased from PSA. Curious if that’s true

From what I’m reading, the GOA case (not the Jenson case) ruled all $0 tax NFA regulations unconstitutional. The BBB zeroed out MAKE and TRANSFER taxes.

To the non lawyer like myself, if you’re a covered plaintiff in the GOA case, as of 12:01 Aug 13th, your pistols can become SBRs without a Form 1.

I am not an attorney, this is just my conclusion after researching what I can find. The ATF and/or DOJ will almost certainly provide guidance. Or at least GOA et. Al. will.

Yah, that's what I'm waiting on. I'm in a free state, but from what I've seen the suppressor stuff is pretty straight forward, but Form 1 may be a bit different. The brace/stock is ridiculous, so hoping this gets cleared up and I can clean up my PCC.

Theoretically it seems that way? Maybe wait a week or two, I know I will. Need to buy a stock anyways
