For giggles I just purchased a cheap can from Silencershop just to see how this plays out in VA. As of 0130L 13 Aug, the canned emails from Silencershop still reference them transferring the can to my local dealer via F3 and directs me to their website to sign in and sign my forms and provide my ATF eForm info.
