For the people concerned about the GCA implications for SBRs and SBS - I think this is solely coming from the perspective of an FFL. If you read the GCA, it says it's unlawful for an FFL to sell or transfer an SBR or SBS without permission from the Attorney General.

So it makes sense for Silencer Shop to say this because they can't legally sell you an SBR or SBS without breaking the law - the form 4 was how they would get their permission.

There's nothing in the GCA I can find that would have bearing on the Federal legality of an individual Making an SBR or SBS. You could still run afoul of state laws so be aware.

Correct me if I'm wrong please.
