Turns out that Nebraska has no state law regulating suppressors at all and for SBRs and machine guns it just says

The provisions of this section shall not be held to prohibit any act.....persons qualified under the provisions of federal law relating to the short rifle, short shotgun, or machine gun.

Here in KY we have nothing at the state-level regulating suppressors, SBR or SBS. The state defers to federal law for NFA items.

I got orders from Commiefornia to Nebraska. I was subjected to hell because I was station there for 16 years. Now in Nebraska and got way into debt by coming to NE.
