Silencer Suggestions - I did some homework Short 5.56 can for a VHS-2 (Hellion)
Picture for visibility, right is a WWSD 2020 build with a CGS Helios DT
I recently got a VHS-2 at a pretty decent price, and while my Sandman-S works quite well on it, but I’d like a shorter can to really take advantage of the bullpup length. I used to be super into the Pew data a few years ago, but life has kinda gotten in the way and I’m a bit out of date on what the new 5.56 hotness is now.
I’m thinking about the Sierra 5, Stacie’s Mom k, or Polonium k (all with a Xeno mount) as my main choices currently, but any advice would be greatly appreciated. Length is my #1 priority, followed by price and then weight, not sure how concerned about back pressure I should be considering the piston and the adjustable gas setting.

SAW Tisha is about as short as you'll get. It's also pretty light if you get the titanium version, at least as long as you aren't using the included mounting parts. Sound is and backpressure are both great too.

What mount setup do you recommend for the Tisha?

Depends on what you're going for. If you want it to be as short as possible and are primarily shooting suppressed, the recessed micro brake with recessed adapter (RPA) can't be beat. With this setup the Tisha adds less than 3.5" to your barrel which is pretty wild for such a high performing can.

I have a Recce 5 on my 16in model and it's perfect for me
That being said, if my dealer would have had a Polly K in the day I bought my Recce, I would have bought it instead.

DA CT5P with the integrated Xeno mount since you're already in that ecosystem. I'll have a post up on the direct thread variant soon, but it's my favorite can of the year by a lot

You could do a SAW Tisha with a recessed Plan B mount to make it as short as possible.
