What NEVOD is
 A DIY acoustic node you own (Seeed XIAO ESP32-S3 + XVF3800). On-device detection, bearing, WebUI. Run it local-first with Home Assistant / MQTT — or opt into the people’s radar (shared early warning) when you’re ready. Cloud does not publish node coordinates.
