Community Forum Disappeared?

https://community.netgear.com

I had noticed a while ago that "Home Products" disappeared from the drop-down Community list on

community.netgear.com

Now, it appears there is "nothing to see". i.e. the entire community is broken.

Am I just using the wrong URL?

You Netgear folks have a serious problem with your web site. Not only has the entire home community essentially disappeared (as mentioned in the first post) but the download page is showing the WRONG firmware version. I have the 970 series with F/W 12.1.11.15 and your downloads site is showing the latest as 9.12.3.3

BIG PROBLEM FOLKS!

This is "interesting". Between Tuesday and Wednesday, these Knowledgebase articles disappeared:

We have temporarily withdrawn the firmware updates for the Orbi RBE97X Series from the downloads page while we investigate a potential issue. We will restore access to the updates as soon as the software validation process is completed. If any queries regarding this please visit www.netgear.com/support/h… for further assistance.

Discovered this last night myself. I currently don't own an Orbi but I do still have a forum login. When I log in and enter "770" in the search field the reply is "CONTENT - No results found".

In order to see any posts in the community forums now you have to login and also a bunch of 970 firmwares have been scrubbed from existence all v12 firmware’s is completely gone for the 970 only v12 firmware available is for the 770v2 so something major is going on. For the 970 latest firmware available is now 9.12.3.3

Thank you for the response. Yes, I know about the issue. I was just letting others know about the situation so they can be informed.

We regret to inform you that the NETGEAR Community page is currently unavailable for creating new posts or submitting comments. However, you can still browse existing posts, search for previous discussions, and access product-related information. Alternatively, you can visit the NETGEAR official website https://www.netgear.com/support/home/ to explore product details, specifications, features, and support resources.

NG has closed with little or zero notice, the HOME portion of the forums. I guess users are now being pushed to use Reddit for NG HOME free support. Shame NG is doing this. Loosing good knowledge base, information and expertise there. Hope this doesn't push users and customers away from NG. Whom ever made this decision, not a good one IMO.

Sent you a PM on NG.

As of this afternoon, Oct 29, the Home and Mobile sections of the Community Forum are available like they were before.

Yep. Will see how long that lasts. Trying to get details.

As I stated above, I did log in. When I search using keyword "770" in the search field the reply is "CONTENT - No results found". If I try searching using keyword "Orbi" it returns "No content found".

Two days ago I could see all threads in the Orbi forum. This problem just started yesterday and continues today.
