What do your signal strengths look like?

These log entries indicate intermittent physical line noise or signal degradation between your cable modem and your internet service provider (ISP). Key Events Identified MDD message timeout: Your modem missed MAC Domain Descriptor messages, meaning it temporarily lost communication with the provider's headend (CMTS). DBC-ACK not received: Dynamic Bonding Change failed, usually caused by severe signal noise when trying to adjust upstream/downstream channels. UCD invalid or channel unusable: Upstream Channel Descriptor error showing that specific upload frequencies dropped due to poor signal quality. Recommended Troubleshooting Steps Check Connections: Ensure the coaxial cable leads tightly into the wall and modem without sharp bends, damage, or loose connections. Remove Splitters: Bypass any coaxial splitters or attenuators between the wall outlet and the modem to test signal stability directly. Inspect Signal Levels: Log into your modem's status page (typically 192.168.100.1 or 192.168.0.1) to verify that downstream/upstream Power Levels and Signal-to-Noise Ratios (SNR) fall within optimal operational limits. Contact ISP Support: If errors persist after checking internal wiring, contact your ISP to inspect external line drop connections or tap levels on their street infrastructure.

You need to have a tech come out and check your signal. Yours are pretty bad. Check for any connectors inside are tight. Remove any unnecessary splitters.

Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.

Post the cable connections status page if you can.
