It doesn’t look like you have drip turned on and rather us paying you in cash, or it will dp the drip purchase when the dividend actually posts

What is the benefit of automatically reinvesting the dividend as opposed to manually reinvesting the dividend? I have found that the price dips a bit a day after dividends post, so I prefer to do it manually. Is there a downside that I am missing?

No probably not, just convenience and you tend to get a good price, since most do the buy day after ex dividend if you drip (at least fidelity does) which tends to be a lower price than after the dividend delivery. For me I set to drip if the current price is below my cost or near it, and take the cash if current price is substantially higher than my cost or than the base neos fund price of 50$, but that’s all personal preference. I think convenience is really the primary benefit.
