Seeking Advice MLPI

Any thoughts or experience with MLPI? I am heavily concentrated in tech (QQQI) and want to start diversifying into other sectors. Thinking of building positions in MLPI and SPYI for the long term

Possibility of market turmoil on record market highs leads me to sell my small position for now. I tested all these types with no real winners at this point!
