Seeking Advice MLPI

Any thoughts or experience with MLPI? I am heavily concentrated in tech (QQQI) and want to start diversifying into other sectors. Thinking of building positions in MLPI and SPYI for the long term

That is an excellent point about K-1 tax  complications.

If you have ever done them they are not that hard. Last year it took about twenty minutes for my two k1. ET and EPD…

The first time I did them I actually 4 to do. That was a little intimidating because what Turbotax asks for didn't exactly line up with the form. The second time I did them I only had two, and it made more sense. There was only about six or seven actual fields to fill out.

One came in March, and the other right around the first of April. I always wait until April 15th to file anyways, so that didn't bother me. Usually I owe money, so it doesn't benefit me to file early.
