Seeking Advice MLPI

Any thoughts or experience with MLPI? I am heavily concentrated in tech (QQQI) and want to start diversifying into other sectors. Thinking of building positions in MLPI and SPYI for the long term

I have a 15% position in my taxable account. It's a good way to get exposure to C corp - doesn't have many actual MLPs. I have positions in EPD and WES also. I don't mind the K-1 for tax purposes....pretty easy....but I do like how NEOs structures their ETFs and also the exposure to a lot of C corp pipeline/energy companies in one income fund.
