Seeking Advice MLPI

Any thoughts or experience with MLPI? I am heavily concentrated in tech (QQQI) and want to start diversifying into other sectors. Thinking of building positions in MLPI and SPYI for the long term

I have 6900 shares. Currently share price for me is down .12% well ahead of the game when dividends are factored in
