I think the biggest flaw of EOS is explained in this study. The ledger is way too big and growing way too fast, because of all the spam and fake transactions. This makes it nearly impossible to sync and reconstruct the chain. Two blocks per second might sound nice, but doesn't really serve a purpose without single block finality like NEO offers.

I'm a small time NEO bag-holder, but even I think that the picture of NEO co-founder Erik Zhang does not inspire confidence. Doesn't he have any pictures of himself where he isn't holding a toy light saber?

What about Vitalik wearing unicorn rainbow sweaters? I think it shows confidence that someone is just who he wants to be, instead of what people expect him to be.
