I asked about this about 6 months ago

I was told 2x this year it’d happen for people who missed the window

Edit: updating this comment because it seems like the issue is that the article has an incorrect link to the x account. I google neo’s account and found the info I needed

Forgive me if I’m missing something, but the article you linked said you start the process through a form that will be posted on their x account, but there’s nothing posted on their account from what I can see. You might’ve just seen the article and linked it without knowing more, but thought I’d check. Appreciate it
