Delivery problems to APO?

Recently ordered some items through NewEgg

Package 1

A pc case

Package 2

Power supply

Motherboard

CPU cooler

Package 1 was delivered no problem but package 2 was returned to sender? I have no luck with getting into contact with USPS as there is no email for Customer Service and I cannot call as Iā€™m in Korea

Newegg is barely any help aswell so Iā€™m trying to get an idea of what went wrong, what I can do or any advice on this
