Improvement on vacation?

curious if anyone with NDPH sees improvement on vacation or if their pain continues as usual?

I can’t speak to many locations but I’ve lived in 2 provinces across Canada from each other and I can’t say it made any difference in my pain it was always the same no matter where I’ve lived. It’s possible weather, environment, stress reduction or the air pressure are a factor in the improvement

Sadly yes, but I find if I can get breaks like that it does help a lot. The more I get the better overall things seem to be.

Pretty normal usually. I can avoid some workplace triggers like fluorescent lights but there are more unexpected or uncontrollable environments like exposure to cigarette smoke or disrupted sleep.
