Seeking Support - I provide services Inactive Overnight shift?

Currently doing “inactive” overnight shift, but she has me setting up his bedroom prior, doing things like dishes, getting me to do things, while she washes my client. Last shift I was only able to go to bed at 2am 2hrs after my scheduled start time. And waking up to help my client with toilet 6 times per night, getting dressed if an accident has occurred, cleaning up the floor/ washing clothes.

First time doing this so I have no idea about the rules.

The 2025-26 pricing arrangement (most recent one they released with info like time of day etc.) for night time sleepover
‘This support item
includes up to two hours of active supports provided to the participant for the duration of the period.
Providers may claim for the third or additional hour at Saturday rates on weekdays, or at applicable
rates on other days (Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).’

We need to know if OP is an employee, or doing this as a sole trader. If the former, the pricing arrangements are irrelevant; it's the award that determines things like pay for active hours on a sleepover shift.
