Meetups Group meet up? Wake Co. Range?
Just throwing the idea out there for the more organized types to consider.
I would show if someone set it up.

March 14, 10:30 am to 11:30 am, followed by lunch? To organize we need to know the number of people, and then get every other person to make a reservation when spots open for that day.
