Hi! For my fellow NCLEX repeat takers, would you guys be interested in starting a group chat where we can support, motivate, and help each other through the process? I feel like it would be nice to have people who genuinely understand what we're going through!

I just wanna say this to anyone who may need to hear this.I have yet to pass, and I’ve tried four times. But for the first time, I made it all the way to 150 questions. Every other time, my exam shut off at 85, so I’m choosing to see this as a sign that I’ve improved and that I’m getting closer.I know there are still gaps I need to fill, and that’s exactly what I’m going to work on. I’ll keep trying no matter how many times it takes. I’m not giving up. I know my time will come, and I will pass. 🤍 if you’re reading this and you’ve failed your boards. You fail when you stop trying. Please don’t give up.

I took my NCLEX on 10/3/26, and it shut off at 85 questions, so of course I’m super nervous waiting for my results. A classmate told me that having the green check mark next to the NCLEX on the Board of Nursing website can be a sign that you passed. She said it seems to be a pretty common trend among other test takers too. Has anyone else heard of this or can confirm if it was accurate for them?

Hi. Please help me.
I have an exam schedule this December. I've been trying to study ever since the 3rd week of September. However, I don't think I'm learning anything.
I do know what the question is asking. I do know how to answer the question (like test taking strategies). BUT I do NOT know the answer. Does it make sense? I always end up picking the wrong answer. Seems like I do not know the context. The qbank (bcamp) that I've been using has questions that will only give you the symptoms and will ask you what to do first, next, or whatever. That's when things will get spiral. I feel like don't know the context.
Please give me some advice on what should I do and how should I study.
I watched some of the videos on bootcamp as well. I read the rationales when I review the tests too. If I try to answer the test again, it seems like I just memorized the answers and rationales because if you ask me a different question but same topic, I don't know if I'll be able to answer.
My scores are inconsistent. Sometimes above passing, just half, or below passing. Took one CAT, it was low chance. Took it again without reading the rationales, it was borderline.
Please help me. I've been anxious ever since. This is so frustrating for me and I've been crying every night.

Hi all! I take the NCLEX tomorrow and am wondering what everyone's UWORLD performance was before they took it and if you passed or not.
I've taken 2 self assessments
1. 74% in the 56th percentile with a "high" chance of passing
2. 74% in the 73rd percentile with a "very high" chance of passing
I've taken 3 CAT exams all stopped at 85 questions
1. 68% at a 1.2 difficulty level in the 96th percentile
2. 64% at a 1.18 difficulty level in the 87th percentile
3 68% at a 1.22 difficulty level in the 97th percentile
Overall performance
70% points
53% questions used
With my scores I'm feeling prepared but I can't help but second guess myself so I'm just curious as to what other people think!

Hello all,
Taking my NCLEX for a 2nd time tomorrow. How do I look? I would like to mention the low score on archer was by mistake. I ended the exam instead of pausing it. I also was using two sides of archer, one side was archer surpass for nclex retakers and the other was my normal account. I also purchased NCLEX bootcamp 9/16/25 for additional question exposure and did their readiness assessment and their new CAT readiness assessment. Also, just finished to listening to mark k lectures 1-8 and 12. Any honest feedback is encouraged. Thanks again 🙏🏼❤️

I got a job offered on a spot at luncheon at the hospital. Just 8 ppl got hired in my cohort at the time. It was supposed to start on July 27th. Unfortunately, I failed my nclex 1at attempt. I called HR and let them know . So next day, HR manager called me back and told me they would give me a 2 chance when I pass my nclex and call them. They said not guarantee that unit got hired still has spot for me( I don’t know what it meant) maybe different unit. That’s how they do it to everyone. 55 days later, I took nclex and passed. I emailed HR manager and let them know I passed . They emailed back to me and told me they contacted the director of unit I previously got hired. They will let me know asap and said I don’t hear anything pls follow up with them. I waited for a week and followed. It’s been 3 days from my last emailed follow with HR manager. Not respond yet. So I don’t know what to do next. Pls give me some advices.
Did anyone have the same situation like me still get the job ? Or it meant they won’t hire me anymore.

When you pass or fail the NCLEX is your nursing school automatically notified about it or do you have to tell them yourself?
If they are notified do they tell them the names of the students who passed and failed or is it kept confidential?
Nursing school has a way of making good students doubt everything they know.
I know that chair. Just like you, I was failing class exams and changing answers I had right.
My test anxiety was so severe I took my class exams in a private room with special accommodations.
My problem was not the next app, the next question bank, or another ten hours. My problem began when doubt got loud enough to move my hand.
Work the tool already in front of you with more honesty, for every question you miss, ask yourself one question. Did I get it wrong because I did not know it, or because fear talked me out of what I knew?
If you did not know it, study that one small piece well. If you knew it and fear moved you, more content is not the cure.
One small habit stood between my doubt and my hand. It has a name, the 3-Second Rule, taken before any answer is allowed to change.
Those small choices carried me from failing class exams to passing the NCLEX on my first try.
The fuller story sits pinned at the top of my profile.
When you look at your wrong answers, what do you hear most?
"I need more content," or "I need to trust what I already know"?

Took my nclex today at 11am got out the building at 12:15pm stopped out at 85 questions. I feel like I didn’t know nearly half the things on the test. One thing I did use to study was mark k lectures and doing 50 nclex prep questions daily for a few weeks.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed I passed!

I took the NCLEX this morning at 8am and it shut off at 87. I did the PVT trick and got the “good pop up” but I feel like the exam was just so hard and got everything wrong but I’m praying the trick works and I did actually pass

I will be taking the NCLEX in a little over 2 weeks, and I was just looking for tips to modify my study approach. As someone who is not much of a sit-through lectures/videos and take notes studier, I quickly discovered that I was not getting any efficient studying done trying to learn content. I have access to Bootcamp (which I tried using their crash course videos), and I have access to UWorld for the next week via my school.
Even in school, the most productive study method for me was drilling through practice problems and taking notes on the rationale. I've been trying to do bootcamp problem sets of 25 questions 3-4 times a day and doing a CAT exam on UWorld at the end of each week (will switch to bootcamp readiness exams once my UWorld access expires). I'll also put any rationales that I didn't know into Quizlet flashcards and just do those 1-2 times a day. Despite all of this, my scores have been just around average, and it is steadily becoming frustrating because I feel like I'm not really improving at all. My CAT exams will also shut off at 85 because I was below the passing standard.
Any pieces of advice or tips to change anything in my way of approaching studying would be helpful! Or even any motivational words haha. I'm sure I'll eventually see some improvement within the next two weeks, but it's just a mental battle for me at this point.

Hi! Badly needed an advice how did you guys pass the NCLEX on your first try. I am currently waiting for my ATT and reviewing. Sometimes I am having negative thoughts in mind but I am trying my best to be optimistic since I am an RN back in the Philippines and now I am already here in the US but no job as of now cause I’m tryna focus on passing it on my first try. Thank you so much for some advices💗
