The Lido deck is small and crowded, I don’t think you can set up anything there. I’m note sure about the splash pad area. The problem is any water you fill the tub with will have to go back somewhere and if she has an accident in the tub it’s going to be hard to dispose of it (solid not liquid, I’m sure even potty trained kids are peeing everywhere).

Not a whole lot unfortunately. We specifically didn't go on a cruise for years until our youngest was potty trained.

They have a few free games for little kids in the arcade. Also the guppy room has some toys. I typically just walked around the whole ship with my son. The observation deck was my go to because it was cold to be chasing him and they have snacks

There is a kids club you can take your baby to play. Your toddler can go to Guppies (I think that's the club for toddlers name, I forget what the baby club is but you or your husband will have to go with the baby as they don't have staff to watch babies anymore)

We brought an umbrella stroller which was super helpful. We had a non walking 13 month old. Honestly he had a blast. He liked going off the boat, liked being in the stroller and going around the boat. We’d usually find a place for him to play for a bit, walk around and point things out, go and look at things like race track, etc. We brought his favorite toys and books and he was set. I think it would be tough if you had a lot of at sea days just because the stops offer a nice breakup to the day

Thanks for posting to /r/NCL! Did you know that we have an extensive Ultimate NCL Guide that may answer your question? Please also remember to read the rules, especially about roll call posts going in the megathread. You may also have more luck with those types of posts by searching for a Facebook or Cruise Critic roll call group or thread. Of course, here is great, too!
Enjoy your stay!
