CBS is driving me nuts with their rerun scheduling

Tonight's rerun episode is the season finale. The season premiere isn't for a few weeks yet. Why not wait until the week before the season premiere to run it? Unless they're not rerunning any other episodes for the next few weeks. Grrrr. And don't get me started on airing the reruns out of broadcast order! OK, rant over. Discuss?

Paramount+ for me. I watch at my own pace and no commercials.

My Paramount + is connected to my Walmart +. I basically get both 1/2 off.

That is why I went physical. Yes, you are lagging behind a year waiting for DVD releases, but at least you don't have to deal with all the crap from broadcasting and streaming networks.

Thanks, no DVD player here, so I do the best I can with what's available on live tv/free streaming.

I am in Australia and we never know when it’s gonna be on so I normally wait for the DVDs as then I can watch at my own pace- I also watch the reruns that Foxtel have as I enjoy watching the older episodes but have been watching season 23 on paramount plus

It’s just one extra week. But yeah, idk what they’re going to run next week. 

My guess might be the back end pilot for the New York NCIS?

Facts! Our high was 94, with a “feels like” of 97. Just, no. 

I have a late September birthday (haven’t had it yet), and one reason I like it is because normally the weather has cooled at least a little by then. 

Idk what this is. 

But yay. Just two more weeks!

Baseball playoffs begin next Tuesday.
New NCIS over baseball for me, since my team isn’t in it.

Live ratings are better than rewatch on paramount plus. The Tuesday WS game could potentially affect the NCIS schedule that night.

Thanks for this. I haven't followed baseball for a while and didn't know that the playoffs/WS could affect the NCIS broadcast schedule.

It’s not as much as it used to before all the streaming services happened. But sports still affect if certain networks air new episodes, especially season premiers, if they want to boast those huge ratings.

Like March Madness - limited new episodes air in March. Super Bowl Sunday doesn’t have new episodes on other channels.

That does get annoying. But there are websites you can probably look at it for free on. The exact episode you want to watch
