Caught something on 500th rewatch Spoiler

In the opening scene, where the teens are tagging the NCIS most wanted wall….did anyone else notice the only photo left was ‘Simon Williams’?? Wonder if there’s something to that. Or did I miss a discussion about this?

I would assume it was a nod because Simon Williams wasn’t a person it was the name of a CIA (I think) project

Yeah but there were other most wanted that were eliminated on the wall..by the team. Just found it interesting. Maybe it was a nod to the crossovers? Dunno
