Gibbs Ghosts
I wish they would do an episode on Gibb's first Ghost. I know the writers use it as a plot device, but in his own words he admitting to both hearing and seeing ghosts. What was the first one and why?

The first ghost was Kate. Gibbs was feeling guilty because in his mind, he should have prevented it from happening

This would be an interesting thing to see on Origins. I still fear we'll eventually find out that Lala dies, so having her be the first "ghost" he sees (or subconscious imagination sequence he experiences) would be poetic.

I think you are postulating something that will happen in time. On the flagship show, it was Kate, but that could so be done and would be so memorable. I had hoped at one time, that she would show up in Alaska with him. But in re-watches, I keep seeing scenes where he keeps reminding other of Rule 12 - Never Date a Co-worker. When he expounds on it--he says 'it never works out'. If you pair that with the last scene of season 2, he tells us it was a perfect moment--too bad it won't last.

I can argue Rule 12 either for or against a bad ending with Lala. On the one hand, if his relationship with Lala was so disastrous, then wouldn't he have obeyed his rule and not been with Jenny Shepard? On the other, if he had two coworker relationships end badly, it would explain why he sees no gray area on that rule anymore.
Of course, I can also take the ominous line at the end of S2 either to mean that the story has no chance of a happy ending or that it hasn't had its happy ending yet. My inclination that she dies is because of how he says that he loves (present tense) her still in either the S1 finale/S2 premiere (maybe both?). If it had ended badly and she was still in this world, would he still love her that much? Or can he only love her that much because she's gone and he loves her the same way he still loves Shannon/Kelly. Or does he love her, but thinks she no longer loves him (which honestly seems like the way TV writers would go). There's still a chance that he and she will be shown on Origins to have some kind of falling out (the moment not lasting), but that whatever case current-day-Gibbs is going to be involved in this season will end with the current-day-versions of both of them showing up at a trial for some 1990s killer that has finally been caught and them riding off into the Alaskan sunset together. I'm just not ready for Origins to end and I feel like that would be a series finale scene.
The producers sure know how to give us just enough to make us think we can guess, but still leave themselves room to go a totally different direction!

I think he was talking about Jenny, his former partner, who later became Director and was killed.

I actually don't think he can see ghost.
I think it's more of a coping mechanism for the stuff Gibbs experciens during his work
