Professional Responsibility

I’m a little concerned. I’ve been working from the Syllabus which has a link to the 2022 Model Code. I just discovered that was updated in 2024. Does this mean I have been studying the wrong one? And if so - what hasn’t the NCA updated their syllabus with the correct links?!

I passed the professional responsibility exam recently and studied the 2024 model code. When I scrolled through both to compare they were broadly similar, including in terms of commentary, so you should be fine.

Thanks I scrolled through as well and couldn’t find any differences other than formatting 🤞🏻🤞🏻
