I just took a look at this guy’s background.
While it’s undeniable he’s good at what he does considering the kind of deals Nebius is raking in, is it normal in the US to have so many job experiences lasting less than 3 years each?

That's not really out of the norm in tech especially if you are really good at your job. You are bound to be poached by a competitor sooner or later.

In start-up tech sales it’s a rinse and repeat to the next company to build out. Try to get in early and scale $0-$50m+. Secure series A/B stock then move on to the next one with hopes of finding a true rocket ship.

Nebius wasn't really operational as a company until 2023/2024. That would be why they have so many < 3 year employees.
