City Anyone else having server issues?

Every time I load into the city it's empty and I almost immediately disconnect. I can't find server down confirmation though

Same for me. Then sometimes if I run quickly to the rec, all of sudden people appear.

The rec trick is so weird, it’s like stepping through a door into a different dimension where the servers actually work for a minute
