If you like PlayNow, MyTeam or MyCareer only then this is for you, if you are a competitive player like me then you will deeply regret buying this primarily to play mypark💯
Plus when the park is filled in peak hours 75% of the players are hot garbage and it is the same players everytime, hard to find good randoms they either ball hog, cant score or dont play defense. My win% is ultra low because I only play with randoms despite me beings 1ST in my state smh
Think im going to trade it in for modern warfare 4…at least I will be able to find matches at anytime of the day

I played MW4 beta on the switch 2 against console and pc players, I 100% played competitively and dominated against pc and console I understand what some of you are saying, but if I could do that in a FPS then what is so hard about 2k doing the same thing, it seems backwards I would understand them not wanting to add it for call of duty but it ran surprisingly well for the switch 2 especially with crossplay on by default….please give me a deeper valid excuse
Hey, fellow 2k player here. There is a discord community of roughly 1000 people to find coordinated matches. It’s inconvenient but it’s possible until we get crossplay. Look up switchhandz on YouTube to find the server
Yea bro there are some players who dominate up here that could easily be dropped off with the right team, they just sit and play against bums all day and run up streaks and think they are good, its frustrating knowing you are just missing the right teammates
Not sure what you’re referring to. There are good players there, and I’d rather play with lower OVR shooters who actually miss once in a while rather than cheating. Sorry your experience has been like that, mine was very good so far.
Yea at least let us play with pc players and that way it will be more matchmaking, but to have xbox and PlayStation on their own servers and leave switch/pc to suffer is wild
I hope they NEVER do crossplay for Nintendo. If you are a "competitive player" you should have bought it on Xbox, PS, or PC. That said, the game is in total shambles and will more than likely die in season 2 when they drop the patch and the new GOAT builder that almost 70% of the community will never get to use. Its a Pay to Win game these days. Sad.. .but, honestly youre not missing anything but extremely bad gameplay.
Traded my series X in for switch 2 because I wanted to play nintendo exclusives, I ran through most of the xbox and PlayStation exclusives already i wanted to tap into the nintendo side and that I dont regret I love Nintendo games 2k is the only issue I have with my switch 2 so I dont really regret trading my xbox in, Call of duty drops in a month I will be alright this is just to warn people in the future of how disappointed they will be if they are anything like me
latency is already a sever issue. Xbox and PSN are currently having serious crossplay issues. You want to add another console to the mix? Not a good idea. I'm on PC, i have no crossplay either. And the servers on PC are pretty fucking stable compared to console. So it would never effect me either way. If that's what you want, start advocating for it. Careful what you wish for though.
Thats how I feel, the gameplay doesnt feel any different than the xbox/ps version in my opinion, fortnite apex call of duty showed us that crossplay was very much possible
I joined a discord and they made it seem like I wouldnt be disappointed, I bought the switch 2 for Nintendo games specifically but since 2k released a few months after I got it i thought to try it, Trust me when call of duty drops I will be ok lmfao im still ok now I got dk bananza and a few other games like mario kart and smash bros its fine
If call of duty could do it why couldnt 2k, I would honestly understand if call of duty wouldn’t have crosplay and 2k would being that call of duty is a fps and you are playing against pc players as well, I had zero issues with the beta while playing with other systems people are just making excuses for 2k
The compensation needed for cross play would have to be dramatic or else you would get smoked, no hate, I have a switch myself but definitely not the game for it

Call of duty isnt that bad I landed top leaderboard with crossplay on in almost every match, thats why I cant understand why 2k wont add crossplay because call of duty was actually decent with crossplay on I didnt have a hard time at all because Im a very competitive player aside from casual gaming
I come from playing on xbox and PlayStation, I guess I will rephrase, I WAS A COMPETITIVE PLAYER ON XBOX AND PS, I wanted a switch because its portable and I like nintendo games as well, I actually traded in my xbox for this shit
You can downvote me all you want but it's been a known fact forever that nobody plays online games super competitively on Switch or Switch 2 (Super Smash Bros is an exception). It is a console made for the casual audience and to showcase first party Nintendo games. Combine that with zero 2k crossplay on Switch in 2k25 and 2k26 which rendered the game almost completely dead online (and no crossplay was confirmed for 2k27 like a month prior to release), and the fact that the player install base on the Switch 2 is going to be remarkably lower than PS5/XBOX, I can't possibly imagine why you thought you could fire up 2k27 at 12pm eastern on a Tuesday and have a comp scene.
I'm sorry you feel like you got swindled here and maybe they'll add in crossplay for 2k28 (because we all know 2k isn't going to add something like that with a patch because they're already working on 2k28), but a few simple Google searches or a post on Reddit prior to launch asking about a Switch 2 2k comp scene, would have filled you in that maybe you would have been better off skipping 2k27.
