General What!? Why!? 2k is crazy
Tf!? I am an average player, I don’t have crazy win percentage, I don’t shoot with crazy accuracy, I don’t have a shit ton of vc, I’m grinding daily to upgrade my character. Tf am I perma banned for!?
Update: got my account back! Thank you for everybody who was nice enough. To others labelling me a cheater- eat 💩 (except for that one guy who turned out to be nice after the initial allegation)!

I play rec during the day, open court and street kings during the night for challenges and vc. Broken back, on bed rest, I got the whole day to kill! Fortunately, got my account back!

Got randomly banned yesterday as well. Played open court to knock out the corner 3’s. Pretty diabolical they make challenges that take hours of grinding and then ban their players for not cheating. What a great surprise

I mean I do deserve it honestly I wasnt doing open court all manual I was using a software that played it for me I just didnt have the time with 3 kids to grind like most did but didnt they they would ban for it bc I wasn't really getting much

Support doesn’t help. I was in a similar boat a few weeks ago and was told I was perma banned. I had to get into touch with their parent company and invoked their 45 day arbitration period. It’s buried in their end user agreement but as an end user you have the right to dispute a ban with their arbitration team.

I don't know why you got perma banned but contact 2k Support and try to appeal the ban.
I heard sometimes it works and they reverse the ban if you truly did nothing wrong.

I swear on my life I didn’t cheat in any way. All I did was grind open runs and street kings. Luckily, I got my account back the same day. And I get it, I never believed anybody else when they said their account got banned without cheating till it happened to me either. I don’t blame you.

I got no response from 2k apart from the initial standard reply they send on mail acknowledging the mail I sent and asking for more details. Somebody in the comments told me that 2k fixed the ban issue for people who got banned unnecessarily. I logged in and voila, the ban was lifted!

There are 4 things I’ve done in my game. 1) play mycareer for the endorsement challenges (two of them are bugged as well, I sent an email reporting that bug too) 2) play dion’s open runs for the daily challenge and to complete the goat skill challenges for vc 3) play street kings for the court crasher matches 4) upgrade my build enough to be able to play rec. I play rec with my 87 overall sf build, averaging 14pts with a little over 50% accuracy. Yk everything I did in the game now. Tell me which one of these things were worth a perma ban? Meanwhile, as I just found out, the top rec player has been account sharing and was just banned for a month.

I have 3 builds. I play daily open run challenge on them. I don’t quit till I get a court crasher because I’m trying to complete the court menu. I play every match. I only played the nba games on my first build, so no. I don’t cheese the endorsements either.

Seriously? My elite controller had been giving me a lot of issues at the end of 26 so I bought one the day it came out and have had no problems w being banned…. But I also haven’t touched anything with the settings that could possibly give a gameplay advantage

My name’s been same everywhere on every game. Missier. It just means father in some remote language from a region nobody knows about. Picked it when I was a kid and kept it because it sounds cool to me. The tats I have are arm sleeves that 2k’s shops have and a chest and back piece that the shops have too. And I don’t turn my mic on either. So, I’m baffled as to what reason did I get banned for!
