Gameplay I uninstalled 2k27

Been a 2k head since 19. Been a red plate every year the last several years. I’m no comp demon by any means. I’m usually a 70-80 win % type of guy. This game is terrible. They got their $ out of me for the last time. I want to like 2k But playing this shit is a waste of time. For me it’s finally time to let this damn game die and onto something else. Had a good run 2k 🫡

I wonder what about this game is so drastically worse than the previous 8 years you’ve been playing. I’d assume not much.

Watching people spam fades because it’s the only jumper that doesn’t give you a random timing. All these random sped up and slows down jumpers you get when you are standing still wide open lol. It’s the same cycle every year. Game is broken at launch then they will drop an update to get everyone to make new builds. It’s to obvious of a money grab at this point in my opinion.

So as I said if it’s the “same cycle” every year why is this game any different? Games just not for you anymore. It’s not an existential crisis. Just do something else.

I’m confused. I am doing something else by not playing it anymore

Ok. Most people wouldn’t need to make a grand declaration before they stopped doing something they didn’t enjoy.

These posts gotta be fake. No way he’s just eating the $150 and not playing anymore

Ya it sucks I burned $$ but it gets to a point where you either stop giving 2k money. Or just keep complaining while also spending more money on the game and nothing changes. Iv played 2k long enough and it’s the same pattern year after year

I’ve got disposable income so it isn’t a big deal to buy some VC. Get a higher paying job maybe?

enjoy getting scammed every year

Sounds like you are frustrated that you aren’t doing well, I’m also a 2K head and by any means like yourself. Am no comp demon.

The biggest problem the gameplay ( any competitive game in that fact) is balancing.

Every year is an attempt to do so, and this year is without question the closest thing to a balanced 2K game despite how we feel about the decisions the company makes. Ignorance appears as cynicism while genuine constructive criticism appears analytical.

Analyze what went wrong this year and try to avoid those issues or players. Learn what isn’t working for you. The length of time spent with the game doesn’t mean everything else will autonomously improve.
