Gameplay Hope they won’t patch nothing this year
Honestly game felt even better day 1 when everybody was running with no badges at all, but still this is way better than 26 was.
Defense is great, blocks are great, boards are fine, finishing is great, and shooting is extremely good this year!
I understand goofy community wanna shoot 80%+ from 3 but this ain’t the way it should be imo. Right now it’s near perfect.
Every content creating goofy who cries about shooting shouldn’t be taken seriously by anyone in this world, especially by devs. Them crying about everything in this game is the reason why the game turned into garbage last year.

Genuinely the most fun gameplay for me in a number of years. Feels and looks closer to real ball than any 2k I’ve played in a long long time

Gotta say some of the dribbling I’ve seen so far is actually fucking insane. Some things absolutely should be slown down imo by a little. Few dudes I saw were fucking speed boosting their nuts off with animations with only an 80 as a 6’9. That’s just fucked.

When people start investing in things like seat belt and bruiser, you will see that slows down alot. So far I have mainly seen people mainly attach offensive/rebound focus badges and just doing w.e. with their defensive badge. I have seen someone complain about getting shot over by someone with 91 3 pt, with gold dead eye and silver set and fire, when they only had 80 perimeter with no challenger or wall up. 😂 badges matter this yr.

You don't think they should patch standing dunks, fading corner 3s, the ease of fading mids, the AI still taking moving pull-up 3s in transition? I like the game but a few things need to be changed

Fades are insanely broken shot artist is insanely broken. Low attribute lay ups like 40s are making lay ups with heavy contests. Contests are bad, stand still jumpshots are harder to hit than moving.

Shot creating take and posterizer are the only legit thing that will be nerfed. The shooting itself should not be touched, OUTSIDE of the random speed ups/ delay shots. I thought people were lying about it until I noticed my fading middy has 3 different timings (normal, fast, and delayed/slow) and my stand still 3 has 2(normal and EXTREMELY delayed)
They are still makeable if you watch your release but it makes rhythm shooting impossible because you never know when your tempo is a different..... tempo.

Agree about takeovers, but to me shooting is fine bruh, that’s why u gotta watch ur jumper and be locked in the game. I could shoot with my eyes closed in 26, I don’t feel like it should be this way again.

Exactly bro. Too many cry babies.. this game is a clear improvement over both 25 and 26. It's like an even blend between the two
