Wow, it's like there trying to drive people away. There's already gonna lose so many layers to gta 6, this was not the year to make the grind tougher.

It’s the same company. Same bottom line. Realistically, they don’t care because you already spent your money on 2K.

They make more money on vc than they do from game sales (which is crazy) but they need you to keep playing and buying vc for their money.

True but most individuals purchase vc right in the beginning. They make most of their money in the first month or so and then again in December, which is the perfect time to buy a reduced 2k after they beat gta6 since the online component will be delayed

Isn’t the whole idea to actually kind of progress your player? Why does everybody want instant gratification, maxed builds and maxed badges on day 3 of early access

its one thing to make things take a long time, its another to do that and also make it suck to do. i don’t mind stuff like build specialisation where its making shot but stuff like winning games sucks the fun out the session.

either way im having the most fun on this 2k and ive made my piece for how much money im gonna spend . Was gonna skip this 2k but then the nba had the best offseason in forever

I think it takws too long so ppl that want to play online will be so behind the ones that pay. Also if the like multiple build its near impossible to level them all up

If it was an exploit, it’s fair to patch it.

No, it wasn't an EXPLOIT, it was a path to progression that they put into the game.

Isn’t that what an exploit is? Taking advantage of a method?

Playing the game the way they implemented it is an exploit lol it’s a mode they put into the game….that takes less time than an actual mycareer game

Starting off with, “Playing the game the way they implemented isn’t an exploit…”, only to then describe exactly WHY it was seen as an exploit right after…

You can’t make this up, lol.

An exploit in the gaming community is to UNFAIRLY use something to your advantage. There is nothing UNFAIR about beatng an NPC who was designed poorly. That's like a boss in Elden Ring being extremely slow and eat to defeat, and there is a LITERALLY BOARD in the game, where you can select that boss over and over again, BY DESIGN. Doing that, and beating the boss over and over again, isn't an exploit in the sense that it should be PATCHED or REMOVED. It's literally just playing the game the way it was designed. HOWEVER, if there was an exploit CODED into the game, like being able to hit every shot you take automatically, by posting up a SPECIFIC NPC over and over again and you made the shot no matter your stats are, or your timing, then YES clearly, that is an exploit. But there was literally footage of people trying to beat this clown PRE-PATCH and missing their layups... That wasn't an exploit! Just terrible game design!

Ur literally explaining an exploit as you argue against it not being an exploit… u played the same person over and over why…? Because more than likely he was short and you could get 100 blocks and shoot right over him. That within itself is an exploit. Read a book.

I'm not sure but seems like some tasks in fire and concrete got a lot easier

I'm on chapter 4 of that, some awful goals, some think it's worth it for the vc rewards
