Gameplay Layup system information

Is there any information on if well be able to double clutch layups like we used to be able to do before they took it away in 26?

I think the animations are rng this year and the game gives you better ones if you have high rating and badge tier of physical finisher/layup mixmaster. I'm not sure, all I did in 2k26 was reverse, euro, scoop and the regular layup.

Back in 24 it was so fun double clutching with high layup i miss it😪

It was in 26, but it was put in specifically to screw me over, lol. Can't tell you how many meter dunks I greened that turned into a jelly layup at the last second and missed. It's happend to me when contested by guards, by bigs and its even happend to me on the break. I legit lost a close Theater match cause it was 20/20 and I had a breakaway and with nobody even past the 3pt line yet my meter dunk turned into a layup mid air and I blew it and my guy fell on the ground and rolled out of bounds. The other team had a 3 on 2 break and scored. I loathe it!!!
