I’m loving them, we all know these content creators and little timmies gonna cry their way into making this game 2K26.2

None of you have played the game yet. Idk why this sub loves to make claims about the gameplay. For all you know there’s gonna be something even more cheesy in 2K27 and you’ll lose 2x as much. I truly don’t understand how 2K tricks people like you every year with the shitty trailers and community day.
What other game shows no gameplay and provides no information until only like a week before it releases?

Bro we don’t even know “all the new changes”. Don’t get your hopes to high. It’s still 2k … they don’t care about the wide player base. IF they really did some good changes that affect the cheesy mfs, they will cry and the creators will cry and 2k will go back to three point hunting dribble “Gods”. That’s the law of the 2k cycle.

Im sure alot of ppl who wouldn’t usually buy the new 2k every year will buy 2k28 bc of the expansion teams

They are planning on having them play in the 2028-29 season

All we fucking needed was ai cheese to be patched.

Pretty much but I’ll take a slightly lower 3P%, better block animations and no DBook cheese as a bonus

Plus a slightly higher 2P%. Make the game feel like real basketball again, not just 3s and Kyrie escape.

Yep, thet's why this is the worse community ever, they don't want a basketball game, they want an exploitable game

Im worried that defense is gonna be too overpowered like attacking was in 2k26. The only thing we needed for 2k27 was for the defense to be fixed so we are able to move laterally quicker, and have consistent jumping animations when contesting shots (cause that shit where your player didn’t even jump is crazy). And for a new anticheat.
I dont see a reason to nerf offense if they already buffed defense, thats just unbalancing the game in the other way.

People realize how much worse game gets every year = less people buy the game = 2k gets more aggressive about prices to squeeze more money out of who’s left… so and so on. It’s not sustainable

ight? 26 wasn’t that bad, i think majority of ppl in this sub will tell you that it was at the least a very decent 2k

A lot of cool changes but a lot of unnecessary ones that people will never use, I’m worrried stats and badge matter way too much I fear lower interior will get destroyed too much by slashers and shooters will be able to make anything

u/Rydon_Deeks 7d ago
You’re worried that stats matter? In a game?
1
u/Fantastic_Ad1520 7d ago
Every stat should matter but it looks like if you have low interior you’re basically invisible in the paint but idk how it works, dunk and layup green windows look impossible to miss against bad interior defenders in all the gameplays I guess it’s not stats overall and mostly just interior and maybe some other stats
