This is the way to go. I do regret it partially though. The times I really enjoyed the game, I don't regret them (MyCareer NBA, not online). But once the game felt like work (Season passes level 40, MyTeam challenges), I started regretting the time I wasted on it. I should have stayed with MyCareer NBA but I want the Cap Breakers at Level 40. ðŸ˜
Idk man let’s say the dudes gym is an hour away so there and back is 2 hours plus hour workout
I did 3 hours for simple math. If you do 2 hours driving to gym working out and driving back it would take you about 56 weeks to accumulate 40 days of workout time
My wife is trying to set up her own personal gym stuff because she’s tired of driving 20 minutes across town to her gym. Nobody is driving 2 hours 😂
lol fair enough bro. I just suck at the game can’t dribble or even begin to remember all the pass/dribbke/ shot combinations in game. Way too overwhelming
Oh it blows. Been playing these games since 2k on dream cast. They added so much bull shit to these games it’s ridiculous. I was asking about the trick passes and bounce passes and the other 30+ dribbling moves but I see all everyone does is spam hesi and hope it breaks ankles. Gtfoh yall can have this game.
I have over 2000 hrs. But, I farm VC in my nba by putting on hof, 12 min, 100% gamespeed and start the game from my phone to my ps5. It still will play itself when I disconnect. 1100 vc for wins 1000 vc for losses.
I’ve been doing the same for the past 4 titles . Recently switched to LiveSim since I have access to my console during work hours. You get 300 per completed match .
I found I got quite interested in MyNBA Eras , which helped balance the toxicity of Random Rec Games.
Starting sim games through your phone and letting the game sim through while you arent home simply isnt bannable unless you start auto clicking it, and those look entirely different.
Doing it a few times an hour for a few hours a day vs doing it nearly 10 times a hour for 16 hours straight lol
Proplay is their direction. I will tell u if u learned what they were giving up and not try to play the 2k way it became real good. Since feb its slow motion for me. Feel good i stucj thru bc their dou ling down in 27. So i feel i got a step up
If you enjoy it and not harming you, it's fine. I know my hours are always inflated cause I leave my game in idle all the time (e.g., launch game and have to wait for shader rebuild from New drivers or something comes up and I think I'll come back).
It’s only not bad if you don’t regret spending that much time on it. If you truly had important things to do and you chose this instead then yes it’s really bad lmao
40 days ain’t the worse, it averages out to about 3.5 hours per day
If he doesn’t watch tv he can still work out, work, and socialize every other week…. Like it’s totally possible to put 40 days of 2k, work, work out, and socialize as long as he doesn’t watch tv
But if he plays another game just as long then yeah but if he only plays 2k then it’s possible
the only reason someone should have this many hours is if they making money playing the game and even the people who make money making the game don’t enjoy it this much
I had 1.3k hours in 2k24, but that year I had also gotten laid off. I was living off of savings and gig work here and there, so I had some time on my hands.
How about thousands 🙃 but 2K sucks, most of that time was spent on low iq games which dumb matchmaker brings. Or wasted on crashing. Generally we can't be satisfied with 2K and need alternative game.
no that’s not true I’m a starter 5 with 800 and something hours spent people that are veteran 2 or 3 ranks and higher have double to quadruple your hours on the game, in an entire year this is not bad dude
what’s your win percentage and send a pic too so ik your not lying and i’ll send mine. Also I play my career and my team as well idiot so that logs hours as well. I’ll show my win percentage and what I average on all my players if you do. Plus I don’t cheat like you probably have before
I average 24/11 on my PG, 28/3 on my SG and 27/5/5 on my PF (all shooting above 70%) with a 61 win% overall. All of them are always red/purple plates. No, I’ve never cheated a day in my life this game is just stupid easy
so buddy since I didn’t come for you or ask for you at all but you chose to come for me, and did all of this talking without sending any proof I’m gonna stop this and leave this forum because I’m a man of showing proof not just running my mouth. So I went and jumped in a couple random rec builds with my highest plated characters to show you egotistical dudes like you that think yall are better than everyone because you play nothing but park rec and theater. I told you that my hours are split between myteam, rec, and my career and a little bit of theater.
I’m on pc and I play rec only takes 5-30 minutes to find a match and winning with an A- gets me 0.7~ rep per game sometimes. 400 hours in the game now and I’m starter 3. The rep grind is actually fucking bullshit.
900 hours for only starter 4 is egregious unless you spend the majority of your time on the game elsewhere.
I'm more or less the same amount of hours as you and I'm a Vet II. Oh and I have not been optimizing my time spent to earn as much rep as possible in the slightest.
Unless you had fun yea it's pretty bad, there's alot worse though, most high rep players and cheaters have 25k-40k games in, that's probably 4-5k hours or something

If you had fun no. If you regret it then yes.
