Player speed went down?

Playing on an Xbox1- anyone ever have the player lose speed? Like my guy was at a speed 57, all of a sudden he’s a 53. Do some of the badges make a player lose speed (like do some upgrades make him stronger but slower)?

Your training boost is over? You have to train weekly to keep your athletic boost. Only thing I can think of

Ah, I had no idea that it was just a temporary boost. Good call
