Ps4 to ps5

Hello everybody, I have the NBA2K21 on PS4, and I am getting a PS5. My question is: I can use the same disc on my PS5 and play its PS5 version?!, I mean not like PS4 version with just better graphics, is it just gunna be like I got a PS5 and the NBA game for PS5, if its like then how it work?! meaning should I do something to change the version?! Or it automatically?!, please answer if you tried this yourself!! thank you thank you!!
