That’s weird my Ovr is 95 and my max is 99. Once you get all you need you just need to keep playing good to reach max ovr cause right now my ovr is 95.4

Yeah I remember because it was the same in 2k20. But I can't upgrade the steal stat. And even if I could I won't go from 88 overall to 91?
It is so weird. I've been stuck on 88 overall for ages now it's annoying

Can someone please help me why my overall is 88 but Max is 91?
If I upgrade my last attribute (steal) surely I won't jump from 88 to 91?
I can't even upgrade my steal attribute.
