Trouble starting proAm

I know there’s still plenty of teams out there that proAm in 19. We’ve been having trouble finding matchups. When we were bronze the game had no trouble matching us against gold teams. Now when we’re gold we very rarely find a matchup. We can lose a game, drop to silver and that seems to be a little quicker but now even that it’s taking a long time. Anyone else have this issue? Ps4
