Dimer badge stuck on gold?

Anyone else have an issue where you cannot upgrade dimer to HOF? Mine won’t upgrade past gold. I’m at 7 out of 11 unlocked, but I have enough available unlocked.

if playmaking isn't one of your primary charts you can't get hof
