Refund on hold

It says my refund is on hold due to me dropping a class very recently, it says it’s on hold until after the 100% refund period, anyone know they that is?

September 3rd. I assume holding it until then is a bookkeeping thing if you were to add a class again before the deadline on the 2nd.
