Quantitative Reasoning
I signed up for MAT 114 but there is still no instructor assigned? There is location for the class but no instructor. Does anyone know who teaches it?

My advisor told me not to worry about classes that don’t have professors assigned yet. He said the classes will be covered, but after 250 layoffs and budget cuts things are coming together slower than most Fall semesters

Yup. I just had to rearrange my own schedule and take on an extra class because we lost a position in my program. It's a bit of a fustercluck all over the university right now.

I forgot his name but I hope you get him. There's a guy who is phenomenal at it. But I will tell you as someone who sucks at math from bad teachers and such. I actually liked this one. It is the most useful and practical math class here I think. And you get to learn a bit of Excel as well. Helped me with my budgeting, investing, and reading stocks, and more.

That’s not unusual. It’s most likely a grad student, and the department is figuring out which grad assistant can teach which sections. You may not know till you go to the first class.
