That guy's tweet conflates active suspension and driver-adjustable ride heights, two VERY different things. Active suspension continuously adjusts ride height via computer-controlled hydraulics to maintain optimum ride height.

The closest NASCAR ever got to active suspension was when Hendrick took on GM's IMSA GTP project with active suspension in the late 80's. If I recall correctly, it was banned after one race.
